Who, Me?

My name is Cil Cheung, and I was born in the year of the Rooster.

I was born in Canada and spent one third of my life in Winnipeg, Manitoba, one third in Vancouver, BC, and the third bit in Calgary, Alberta. I am hoping to someday move to a place with more sun. Preferably at sea level.

I spent three years in the animation program at ECIAD, in Vancouver. I've since graduated with a BFA from the University of Calgary, with a focus on Developmental Arts, which is a big fancy name for Art Teacher.

I am currently developing my own webcomic called The Winterkings. It is certainly a work in progress.

My interests include drawing, art, animation, video games, puzzle and roleplaying games, hidden object games, the internet, martial arts, travel, writing, poetry, psychology, world history, obscure western esoterica, Photoshop, Notepad, webdesign, and design aesthetic in general. And who in this industry doesn't like books and comics? Or emoticons? ;)
